At Alaska’s Best Rentals LLC, customer satisfaction is our priority. We strive to provide a seamless rental experience and understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refund requests related to our services.

General Refund Terms

Refund eligibility depends on the nature of the service and the timing of the cancellation. Refunds will only be issued in accordance with this policy.

Cancellation Refunds

  • Advanced Notice: Refunds are available for cancellations made at least 2 days prior to the scheduled start of the rental. A cancellation fee of 10% may apply.

  • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 2 days before the rental start date are not eligible for a refund, except in exceptional circumstances approved at our discretion.

  • No-Shows: No refunds will be provided for no-shows or failure to collect the rental as scheduled.

Security Deposit Refunds

  • Security deposits, if applicable, will be refunded after the return of the rental item, subject to inspection.

  • Deductions may be made for damages, excessive wear and tear, or other violations of the rental agreement.

Early Returns

No refunds will be issued for early returns unless explicitly agreed upon at the time of booking.

Exceptional Circumstances

In cases of unforeseen events, such as natural disasters or emergencies, we may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Documentation may be required.

Processing Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of approval.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Any bank or transaction fees are non-refundable.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Optional insurance or additional services purchased during booking.

  • Fees associated with third-party bookings or services.
